นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร และคณาจารย์ ร่วมรับฟังการถ่ายทอดนโยบายจากประธานกรรมการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน พลเอก ดร.ดิเรก ดีประเสริฐ ประธานกรรมการ สบพ. ในโอกาสเข้าพบปะและรับฟังความคิดเห็นต่าง ๆ  จากคณะผู้บริหาร สบพ. ในวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2567 ณ อาคารศูนย์พัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบิน สบพ.กรุงเทพฯ

 

ในโอกาสนี้ พลเอก ดร.ดิเรกฯ ได้มอบแนวคิดในการบริหารจัดการองค์กร ในด้านการทำงานแบบบูรณาการ และเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน  พร้อมพัฒนาระบบการทำงานให้เป็นองค์กรที่มีความทันสมัยมากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งวิธีคิด การจัดการ ตลอดจนการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาปรับใช้กับการทำงาน  โดยใช้หลักการ “การบริหารท่ามกลางข้อจำกัดทางทรัพยากร” สนองต่อนโยบายของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม ดร.มนพร เจริญศรี  ซึ่งได้มอบให้ สบพ. ดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อดำเนินภารกิจองค์กรในการผลิตบุคลากรพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมการบินของประเทศ และทำให้ประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางทั้งด้านการบินและด้านเศรษฐกิจตามเป้าหมายของรัฐบาล  นอกจากนี้ พลเอก ดร.ดิเรกฯ ยังได้ให้กำลังใจแก่คณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ เพื่อช่วยกันขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสนองนโยบายของรัฐบาลในการเป็นศูนย์กลางการบินในภูมิภาคอีกด้วย

 

Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, together with CATC executives and instructors,

attended the event of listening to the speech given by General Dr. Direk Deeprasert, Ph.D.,

Chairman of the CATC Board of Directors, regarding the policy transferal, on the occasion of

meeting and listening to opinions from CATC executives, on July 3, 2024, at the Building of

Aviation Human Resource Development Center, Bangkok.

 

General Dr. Direk Deeprasert, Ph.D., transferred the concept of organizational

management to CATC, involving the aspect of integrated and harmonious working, in alignment

with the development of work operational system for becoming the modern organization by

applying the way of thinking, management, and adopting digital technologies with work and the

principle of “the management amidst the limited resource”, responding to the policies by Dr.

Manaporn Charoensri, Ph.D., Deputy Transport Minister. The Ministry of Transport has been

continually transferring policies to CATC in order to carry on the CATC’s missions on producing

qualified personnel for the country’s aviation industry, and leading Thailand to become the

hub of aviation and economy, according to the goals set up by the Royal Thai Government.

Moreover, General Dr. Direk Deeprasert, Ph.D., gave mental support to the CATC executives and

instructors in order to propel the organization to respond with the government policies,

regarding the becoming of the aviation hub of the region.
