สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) เข้าร่วมการประชุม ICAO APAC Workshop: Innovation and Emerging Technologies in Aviation จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 20–21 พฤศจิกายน 2025 ณ องค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (ICAO) สำนักงานภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก
ผู้แทนจาก สบพ. ประกอบด้วย หัวหน้าสำนักงานพัฒนาหลักสูตรและฝึกอบรม TRAINAIR PLUS และ อาจารย์ ดร.ภาณุพงศ์ บุญตามช่วย ครูวิชาภาคพื้น กองวิชาวิศวกรรมการบิน เข้าร่วมประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความตระหนักและความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีด้านการบินรูปแบบใหม่ ตลอดจนแนวคิดนวัตกรรมสำหรับองค์กรการบินสมัยใหม่ การประชุมประกอบด้วยหัวข้อที่น่าสนใจ อาทิ
- การประยุกต์ใช้ Artificial Intelligence (AI) ในสาขาการบินต่าง ๆ
- Adaptive Organizational Management และแนวทางสร้างวัฒนธรรมนวัตกรรมในองค์กร
ทั้งนี้ อาจารย์ ดร.ภาณุพงศ์ บุญตามช่วย ได้รับเชิญเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อ “New Training Technologies adopted by CATC” ถ่ายทอดข้อมูลด้านเทคโนโลยีการฝึกอบรมรูปแบบใหม่ของ สบพ. พร้อมนำเสนอศักยภาพด้านการศึกษา เทคโนโลยี และความพร้อมของห้องเรียนและห้องปฏิบัติการที่ทันสมัยของสถาบัน
การประชุมครั้งนี้มีผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภายในประเทศไทยและประเทศต่าง ๆ ในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิกเข้าร่วมอย่างกว้างขวาง สะท้อนบทบาทของ สบพ.
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) attended the meeting, regarding the ICAO APAC Workshop: Innovation and Emerging Technologies in Aviation, held from November 20-21, 2025, at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Asia and Pacific (APAC) Office.
The representatives from CATC were comprised of Head of The Office of TRAINAIR PLUS Course Development and Training, and Dr. Panupong Boontamchouy, Ground Instructor from the Aeronautical Engineering Division. They attended the ICAO APAC Workshop which had main objectives to strengthen and promote awareness and understanding in newly emerging aviation technologies in aviation, along with the concepts on innovations for modern aviation organizations. The meeting was comprised of interesting topics, such as:
- The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in airlines; and
- Adaptive organizational management, and guidelines on creating innovative culture within the organization.
In addition, Dr. Panupong Boontamchouy, the Ground Instructor from CATC was invited to give a lecture, as a guest speaker, on the topic of “New Training Technologies adopted by CATC”, to disseminate information on the new training technologies of CATC. Furthermore, he was ready to present the CATC’s potentials and competencies in terms of cutting-edge education, technology, promptness and readiness of classrooms, labs, and workshops.
There were many representatives from domestic and international organizations, including organizations in the Asia Pacific Region, attended the meeting. The roles and responsibilities of CATC were reflected as important things.
