เมื่อวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม 2568 นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร สบพ. ได้เข้าพบ พลอากาศโท สันติ แก้วสนธิ เจ้ากรมส่งกำลังบำรุงทหารอากาศ เพื่อหารือแนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์ฝึกการบิน ประเด็นการต่อสัญญาเช่าและการยินยอมอนุญาตให้ก่อสร้าง ตามโครงการก่อสร้างศูนย์ฝึกการบินฯ ระยะที่ 2 และส่วนที่เหลือต่อไป พร้อมมอบกระเช้าแสดงไมตรีจิต ณ กองบัญชาการกองทัพอากาศ

On October 15, 2025, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, together with the CATC executives, attended the meeting with Air Marshal Santi Kaewsonthi, Director of Logistics, the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF), in order to discuss the guidelines on the Flight Training Center development and the issue of rental contract renewal, and the permission of the Flight Training Center construction, according to the Flight Training Center Constructional Project, Phase 2, and the constructional project, regarding the rest of constructional work. In addition, the CATC President gave the congratulating basket of gifts to the Director of Logistics in order to show amicability, at the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters.
