สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) จัดพิธีถวายราชสักการะ และพิธีถวายสัตย์ปฏิญาณเพื่อเป็นข้าราชการที่ดีและพลังของแผ่นดิน เนื่องในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว 28 กรกฎาคม 2568 โดยมี นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมนำคณะผู้บริหาร และพนักงาน สบพ. ร่วมกล่าวถวายพระพรชัยมงคลและถวายสัตย์ปฏิญาณ ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ ในวันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2568
โดยพิธีถวายสัตย์ปฏิญาณฯ มีใจความตอนหนึ่งว่า“…จะประพฤติปฏิบัติตนเป็นข้าราชการ พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจที่ดีและพลังของแผ่นดิน มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต เจริญรอยตามเบื้องพระยุคลบาท มุ่งมั่นแน่วแน่แก้ไขปัญหาของชาติและของประชาชน สร้างสรรค์คุณประโยชน์แก่แผ่นดิน ดำเนินชีวิตโดยยึดมั่นในหลักธรรมคำสอนแห่งศาสนา และตามแนวทางในพระบรมราโชวาทตลอดไป…”
ในโอกาสเดียวกันนี้ นาวาอากาศโทอนันต์ธวัฒน์ พรธนยศ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ฝึกการบิน เป็นประธานในพิธีถวายราชสักการะ และถวายสัตย์ปฏิญาณฯ ณ ศูนย์ฝึกการบิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยมีผู้บริหาร ครูการบิน และพนักงาน ร่วมลงนามถวายพระพรชัยมงคลโดยพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อแสดงความจงรักภักดี และสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอย่างหาที่สุดมิได้
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) held the royal decoration bestowal ceremony and the oath taking ceremony for becoming the good government officers and the power of the nation, on the occasion of the celebration of His Majesty the King’s Birthday Anniversary which fell on July 28, 2025. On the occasion, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, presided over the ceremonies, and led the CATC executives and staff in the ceremonial event to give the blessing words and take oath to become the good government officers, at CATC, Bangkok. The event was held on July 21, 2025.
In the oath taking ceremony, the government officers chanted one part that said, “We will have a good conduct and behave well because we are good government officers and state enterprise staff who are considered the power of the nation. We are honest and loyal. We will follow the footsteps of His Majesty the King. We are determined and committed to solve the national and public problems, create useful things and benefits to our homeland, live a good life by following our dharma principles of the Buddhism, and follow the royal guidance forever…”
Simultaneously, in this opportunity, Wing Commander Ananthawat Phonthanayot, Director of the Flight Training Center, presided over the royal decoration bestowal ceremony and the oath taking ceremony, held at the Flight Training Center (Hua Hin), located in Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Attentively, the CATC executives, flight instructors, and staff, attended the event of name signing for giving blessing words to His Majesty the King to show respect and gratitude toward His Majesty the King’s gracious kindness.
