เมื่อวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2568 นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานเปิดห้องปฏิบัติการเครื่องช่วยเดินอากาศและการสื่อสารภาคอากาศ (Navigation Aids and Airborne Communication Laboratory) อย่างเป็นทางการ ณ อาคาร 12 ชั้น 1 กองวิชาวิศวกรรมการบิน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
โดย สบพ. ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากนางมนพร เจริญศรี รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม ในการผลักดันงบประมาณแผ่นดิน ประจำปี2568 (งบลงทุนปีเดียว) สำหรับสร้างห้องปฏิบัติการเครื่องช่วยเดินอากาศและการสื่อสารภาคอากาศ มูลค่า 35,981,400 บาท นับเป็นแห่งแรกในประเทศไทย ในการนำเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย มาใช้ในการเรียนการสอนทางด้านการบิน ภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบของกองวิชาวิศวกรรมการบิน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน
สำหรับห้องปฏิบัติการเครื่องช่วยเดินอากาศและการสื่อสารภาคอากาศ ของ สบพ. นับเป็นการยกระดับการเรียนการสอนทางด้านการบินให้ทันสมัยยิ่งขึ้น โดยนักศึกษาสามารถเรียนรู้และฝึกทักษะในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ใกล้เคียงกับการปฏิบัติงานจริงในอุตสาหกรรมการบินด้านระบบเครื่องช่วยเดินอากาศและการสื่อสารภาคอากาศ เพื่อนำทักษะองค์ความรู้ที่ได้ ไปใช้ตอบสนองความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมการบินในอนาคต ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
On June 9, 2025, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, presided over the official opening ceremony for the Navigation Aids and Airborne Communication Laboratory, on the first floor of Building 12, Aeronautical Engineering Division, CATC, Bangkok.
The CATC was granted with the support by Mrs. Manaporn Charoensri, Deputy Minister of Transport, in terms of pushing the country’s budget of the year 2025 (the 1-year investment budget) forward for the use in the construction of the Navigation Aids and Airborne Communication Laboratory which was worth 35,981,400 Baht. The Navigation Aids and Airborne Communication Laboratory is the first place of Thailand that adopts modern technologies in use for teaching aviation studies, under the responsibilities of the Aeronautical Engineering Division, CATC.
The Navigation Aids and Airborne Communication Laboratory of CATC helps instructors leverage the aviation instructions toward modern days. Students will be able to learn and practice skills in an environment which is similar to an authentic place for work operations in the aviation industry, involving the Navigation Aids and Airborne Communication System. Gained skills and knowledge will be used and applied efficiently and effectively with the future needs in the aviation industry.
