ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO Safety Management for Practitioners (SMxP) ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 3-7 มีนาคม 2568 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ
การฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรนี้ ดำเนินการสอนโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO ได้แก่ Mr.Daniel Cruz Bardera และ Mr.Punya Raj Shakya และมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 16 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรหน่วยงานด้านการบินภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ดังนี้

หลักสูตรนี้เพื่อให้ผู้ฝึกอบรมได้รับความรู้ในการจัดการด้านนิรภัยการบินสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านนิรภัยการบินและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน ตามมาตรฐานที่ ICAO กำหนด ผ่านการเรียนรู้กระบวนการและฝึกปฏิบัติโดยใช้เครื่องมือสารสนเทศ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน โดยมุ่งเน้นในหัวข้อการบริหารความเสี่ยงและการประกันคุณภาพด้านนิรภัยการบิน
Civil Aviation Training Center Thailand is conducting ICAO Safety Management for Practitioners (SMxP) Batch#2
Dr.Paksak Nernsai, Director of Aeronautical Services Training Division, acting Vice President in Academic Affairs, CATC was chairman at the classroom-delivery of ICAO Safety Management for Practitioners (SMxP) opening ceremony. The SMxP is conducted at CATC Thailand, Bangkok, during 3-7 March 2025.
The training session is conducted by expert instructors, Mr.Daniel Cruz Bardera and Mr.Punya Raj Shakya. The session is included with 16 participants from various aviation sectors;

- 3 participants from Thai Inter Flying Co.,Ltd
- 1 participant from King Power International Co., Ltd.
- 1 participant from Bangkok Airport Management Co., Ltd.
- 1 participant from ASQS Ltd.

The SMxP course focuses on Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance. It aims to provide qualified Safety Management System (SMS) staff with a comprehensive application of operational safety management processes and practical examples on the use of IT tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of safety management activities.
