ในวันที่ 5 กันยายน 2567 ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตร และพิธีปิดกิจกรรมทดลองอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO STP Audit Techniques and Practices for Aviation Auditors(ATPAA) ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมเมื่อระหว่างวันที่ 2-5 กันยายน 2567 ที่ผ่านมา

การทดลองหลักสูตร ได้รับความอนุเคราะห์ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน (Subject Matter Experts) จำนวน 3 ท่าน เป็นผู้ดำเนินการสอน (Instructor) ได้แก่

1. นายเชาวนิตย์ เจียมเจริญวุฒิ
2. นางสาวสรัญธร สูติปัญญา
3. นางบงกช สะดวกการ

โดยการฝึกอบรมนี้อยู่ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของ Mr. Fernando J Marrero de Armas ผู้ตรวจหลักสูตรจาก ICAO ตลอดระยะเวลา 4 วัน เพื่อยืนยันความสอดคล้อง และความเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของ ICAO

การทดลองอบรมครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมจาก 12 หน่วยงานด้านการบินชั้นนำของไทย ได้แก่

ผู้เข้าอบรมได้ให้คำแนะนำ และข้อเสนอแนะที่มีคุณค่าแก่ สบพ. และ สบพ. จะนำข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับไปปรับปรุงและพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้เป็นฉบับสมบูรณ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ก่อนส่งให้ ICAO พิจารณาบรรจุเข้าฐานข้อมูลหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมด้านการบิน ของโครงการ TRAINAIR PLUS ต่อไป

 

The Office of TRAINAIR PLUS Course Development and Training, Civil Aviation Training Center, awards certificates to participants of the ICAO STP Audit Techniques and Practices for Aviation Auditors (ATPAA) Validation Class.

On September 5, 2024, Dr. Paksak Nernsai, Director of the Air Traffic Services division and acting Vice President Academic Affairs at CATC, presided over the certificate presentation ceremony and the closing ceremony of the ICAO STP Audit Techniques and Practices for Aviation Auditors (ATPAA) validation class. The training was conducted from September 2 – 5, 2024.

The validation course was taught by three subject matter experts (SMEs):

1. Mr. Chawanit Chaimcharoenvut
2. Ms. Saruntorn Sutipanya
3. Mrs. Bongkote Saduagka

This training was supervised by Mr. Fernando J. Marrero de Armas, the ICAO course validator, throughout the four-day period to ensure compliance with ICAO’s curriculum development standards.

Participants from 12 leading aviation organizations in Thailand attended the validation class training, including:

Throughout the validation class, participants provided many valuable feedback and recommendations for the course improvement, which will be used to further refine and enhance the course before submitting it to ICAO for inclusion in the TRAINAIR PLUS Programme’s aviation training course database onward.
