ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ เป็นประธานในพิธีปิด และพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตร การฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO International Air Law (IAL) รุ่นที่ 2 ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรม ระหว่างวันที่ 01 – 05 เมษายน 2567 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวน 15 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรจากหน่วยงานการบินทั้ง ไทย และต่างประเทศ ดังนี้
– สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย
– Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority
– Cruz Marcelo Tenefrancia Law Offices, Philippines
– Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation

โดยผู้เข้าอบรมทั้ง 15 ท่าน บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ ในการเสริมสร้างความรู้ เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ องค์ประกอบของกฎหมายการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ และพร้อมนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปปรับใช้ เพื่อให้ความสนับสนุนการดำเนินการของหน่วยงาน ให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางของ ICAO ต่อไป โดยได้เชิญ Mr. Arthur Eberg ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO และเป็นผู้พัฒนาหลักสูตรดังกล่าวฯ เป็นครูผู้สอน

The office of TRAINAIR PLUS Course Development and Training organized a certificate presentation ceremony for the ICAO International Air Law (IAL) Course, Class No.2.

Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division Acting Vice President – Academic Affairs, presided over the closing ceremony and certificate presentation. The training was held from April 01 – 05, 2024 at the CATC in Bangkok.
Fifteen participants from various aviation entities in Thailand and abroad including;
– The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand
– Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority
– Cruz Marcelo Tenefrancia Law Offices, Philippines
– Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation

All trainees have successfully completed the training and enhanced their understanding of international aviation law, regulations, and components. The knowledge gained will be applied to align organizational operations with ICAO guidelines. The training was led by Mr. Arthur Eberg, an ICAO expert who was also the main developer and Subject Matters Expert of this course.
