สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) รัฐวิสาหกิจสังกัดกระทรวงคมนาคม จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับบริษัท ไทยฟลายอิ้ง เซอร์วิส จำกัด โดยมีนางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน และ นายชลิตรัตน์ จันทรุเบกษา กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ไทยฟลายอิ้ง เซอร์วิส จำกัด เป็นผู้ร่วมลงนาม พร้อมด้วย ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ และ นายชนภัทท์ จันทรุเบกษา รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ไทยฟลายอิ้ง เซอร์วิส จำกัด ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในการลงนามครั้งนี้ด้วย เมื่อวันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
การลงนามครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อกำหนดข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขสำหรับความร่วมมือในการปฏิบัติงาน การสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานและความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรทางด้านการบินระหว่างสถาบันการบินพลเรือนกับบริษัท ไทยฟลายอิ้ง เซอร์วิส จำกัด
นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน กล่าวว่า การลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงร่วมมือทางวิชาการครั้งนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายร่วมกันในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมด้านการจัดการซ่อมอากาศยาน หลักสูตร Cessna 208 Series (P&WC PT6) Maintenance เพื่อพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ เพิ่มพูนทักษะ และประสบการณ์ของช่างอากาศยานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการบูรณาการในการใช้ทรัพยากร ซึ่งเป็นการส่งเสริมงานด้านวิชาการ และส่วนอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดของทั้งสองฝ่ายต่อไป
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), under the Ministry of Transport, held the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony, regarding the academic cooperation with Thai Flying Service Company Limited. On the occasion, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, and Mr. Chalitrat Chandrubeksa, President of Thai Flying Service Company Limited, were signatories, as the MoU signing was witnessed by Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Ph.D., Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting President of Academic Affairs, and Mr. Chanapat Chandrubeksa, Deputy Managing Director of Thai Flying Service Company Limited. The event was on February 14, 2024, at CATC, Bangkok.
The MoU signing had objectives to set up agreements and conditions for the cooperation on work operations, and operational support, and create mutual understanding upon work operations in order to develop aviation personnel, between CATC and Thai Flying Service Company Limited.
Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, said that the signing of MoU on the academic cooperation involved the 2 parties: CATC and Thai Flying Service Company Limited that worked in collaboration to develop aircraft maintenance management courses, and Cessna 208 Series (P&WC PT6) Maintenance Course. The courses would help aircraft technicians to efficiently improve and develop knowledge, skills, and experiences in aircraft maintenance. Moreover, the relevant resource use was integrated to promote academic work and relevant sections, for the optimization of the both parties: CATC and Thai Flying Service Company Limited.
