นางสาววรินทร เลี่ยมนาค ผู้อำนวยการสำนักสื่อสารและพัฒนาธุรกิจการบิน รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายบริหารสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการ “สร้างคนให้สุขจากใจ องค์กรได้งานดี” โดยจัดกิจกรรมภายใต้หัวข้อ “Hello! Mindfulness” มีรูปแบบการอบรมซึ่งส่งเสริมให้ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสร้างความตระหนักรู้ (Awareness) ถึงความสำคัญและประโยชน์ของสติ ทำให้เกิดการตระหนักรู้ตนเอง (Self-Awareness) เพื่อทัศนคติที่ดีในการให้บริการ (Service Mind) และการบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า (Customer Relationship Management) เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรของสถาบันการบินพลเรือน สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อการปรับปรุงงานในหน้าที่รับผิดชอบโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งงานให้บริการที่ต้องประสานและอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้รับบริการทั้งภายในและภายนอก อันจะส่งผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร เมื่อวันที่ 30 มกราคม 2567 ณ ห้องนิพพานชิมลอง ชั้น 2 หอจดหมายเหตุพุทธทาส อินทปัญโญ (สวนโมกซ์ กรุงเทพฯ)
Miss Varintorn Liamnak, Director of Communication and Aviation Business Development Division and Acting Vice President of Administrative Affairs, CATC, presided over the opening event for the Project, “Helping people to gain happiness from their hearts, and the organization will get a good job”. Activities were held under the topic of “Hello! Mindfulness”. The training, regarding the “Hello! Mindfulness”, was conducted to promote the awareness of the importance and advantages of consciousness among participants, so they would have self-awareness in terms of having good attitudes when providing services (service mind), and have good customer relationship management. The Project aimed to improve the CATC personnel’s skills, so the CATC personnel would be able to beneficially use and apply knowledge with their work and responsibilities in order to improve skills at work, especially for the servicing works that require coordination and facilitation for internal and external clients, or recipients of services. The providing of services might impact the organizational images. The opening event for the Project was held on January 30, 2024, at Nirvana Shimlong Room, on the 2nd floor of the Buddhadasa Bhikkhu Indapanno Archives (Suan Mokkh, Bangkok).
