ICAO: Training Managers Course – Operations (TMCO)
COURSE GOAL
The Training Managers Course – Operations provides managers of training organizations with the competencies required to plan and manage training operations, including strategic, tactical and marketing plans.
This course serves as a continuation of the Training Managers Course, which provides a strong foundation for the material covered in this course.
COURSE OBJECTIVE
At the successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Manage Oversight of Training Organization
- Develop Strategic and Tactical Plans for a Training Organization using Aviation Training Market information and available ICAO tools
- Manage Training Operations
