COURSE GOAL
Creating and implementing a New Generation Aviation Professional (NGAP) programme involves conducting gap analyses, designing outreach initiatives and training frameworks, and fostering workforce attraction and retention strategies in alignment with the mandate established in Assembly Resolution A39-29.
