COURSE GOAL

This course provides trainees with essential concepts, theories, and some critical knowledge related to the safety management system (SMS) that will optimize the awareness of how importance of SMS.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

After completing this course, the participants will be equipped with a basic understanding of the following;

• Identify core theories related to the fundamentals of safety awareness.
• Summarize the concept and significant terminology related to Aviation Safety.
• Identify the evolution of Aviation Safety.
• Explain the safety management regulatory framework.
• Describe each component of the ICAO SMS framework.

• Operational staffs who work in the aviation industry;
• All personnel who have an interest in SMS.

CERTIFICATE CRITERIA

• Certificate of Attendance for participants with 80% of attendance
• Certificate of Successful Completion for participants with 80% of attendance and get an average score of 80%
