ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO Training Developers Course (TDC) รุ่นที่ 13 ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 10 – 21 มีนาคม 2568 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ ดำเนินการสอนโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO ได้แก่ คุณ Meng Xiaoya ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO และมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 13 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรหน่วยงานด้านการบินภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ดังนี้
- สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศ จำนวน 5 ท่าน
- ริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด จำนวน 6 ท่าน
- บริษัท แบ๊กส์บริการภาคพื้น จำกัด จำนวน 1 ท่าน
- Munich Airport Academy ประเทศเยอรมนี จำนวน 1 ท่าน
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ และทักษะในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร Competency Based Training โดยใช้กระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรขององค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (ICAO Methodology) ตาม DOC 9941 เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรมสามารถนำความรู้ไปเพื่อกำกับดูแล (Oversight) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่ กพท. รับรองให้มีแนวทางการพัฒนาตามมาตรฐาน ICAO ในรูปแบบ Competency Based Training ต่อไป
Civil Aviation Training Center Thailand is conducting ICAO Training Developers Course(TDC) Batch#13
Dr.Paksak Nernsai, Director of Aeronautical Services Training Division, acting Vice President in Academic Affairs, CATC was chairman at the classroom-delivery of ICAO Training Developers Course (TDC) opening ceremony. The TDC is conducted at CATC Thailand, Bangkok, during 10-21 March 2025.
The training session is conducted by expert instructors, Mrs.Meng Xiaoya included with 13 participants from various aviation sectors;
- 5 participants from Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand
- 6 participants from Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Limited
- 1 participant from BAGS Ground Services CO.,LTD.
- 1 participant from Munich Airport Academy, Germany
The TDC course is designed to prepare aviation professionals especially the course developers with the competencies to design and develop Standardized Training Packages (STPs), in accordance with the ICAO Provision.
