เมื่อวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) โดยแผนกพัฒนาธุรกิจการบิน สำนักสื่อสารและพัฒนาธุรกิจการบิน ให้การต้อนรับคณะครูและนักเรียนจากโรงเรียนสตรีวิทยา 2 ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ฯ โครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ คณิตศาสตร์ และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) จำนวน 108 คน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 1-Day Aviation Experiences Workshop เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้น้อง ๆ ได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์จริงและเรียนรู้เส้นทางอาชีพด้านการบินตลอดหนึ่งวันเต็ม ณ สบพ.กรุงเทพฯ
บรรยากาศภายในงานเต็มไปด้วยความคึกคักและสนุกสนาน ผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติจริงใน 5 สถานีการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่
สถานี Welcome to Explore Aviation Career! โดยกองวิชาวิทยาการการบิน แนะนำภาพรวมอาชีพในอุตสาหกรรมการบิน สถานี Basic ATC Workshop (ATC Table-Top & Basic ATC Workshop) โดยกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ
ให้น้อง ๆ ได้ทดลองสวมบทบาทเจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมจราจรทางอากาศ
สถานี Basic Aeronautical Engineering Workshop (Flight Simulator & Basic Virtual Aircraft Maintenance Workshop) โดยกองวิชาวิศวกรรมการบิน เปิดประสบการณ์บังคับเครื่องบินจำลอง พร้อมเรียนรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Robot Arm สถานี Basic Aircraft Maintenance Workshop (Composite & Pre-flight Checking Workshop) โดยกองวิชาช่างอากาศยาน ฝึกตรวจสอบสภาพอากาศยานและเรียนรู้งานช่างเบื้องต้น และปิดท้ายด้วยกิจกรรม Pictionary Aviation English โดยกองวิชาภาษาอังกฤษและสนับสนุนการบิน เสริมทักษะคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษด้านการบินอย่างสนุกสนาน
นอกจากนี้ น้อง ๆ ยังได้ร่วมเล่นเกมตอบคำถามผ่านกิจกรรมสนุก ๆ เพื่อลุ้นรับของที่ระลึกกลับไป ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่น เป็นกันเอง และเต็มไปด้วยรอยยิ้ม กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงมอบความรู้และประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการบินเท่านั้น แต่ยังช่วยจุดประกายแรงบันดาลใจให้เยาวชนมองเห็นเส้นทางอาชีพที่หลากหลายในอุตสาหกรรมการบิน อันเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศในอนาคต สะท้อนบทบาทของ สบพ. ในการส่งต่อโอกาสการเรียนรู้และสร้างคนรุ่นใหม่ให้พร้อมก้าวสู่โลกการบินอย่างมั่นใจ

CATC Open House Activity Is Conducted for Welcoming Students from Satriwitthaya 2 School, under the Royal Matronage of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother, in the 1-Day Aviation Experience Workshop Which Will Lead to the Gaining of Fun and Warm Experiences from the World of Aviation.
On February 4, 2026, the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), by the Aviation Business Development Department, under the Communication and Aviation Business Development Division, welcomed the 108 delegates, comprising of teachers and students from Satriwitthaya 2 School (SW2), under the Royal Matronage of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother. These SW2 students who came from the Gifted Science, Mathematics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program would participate in the 1-Day Aviation Experiences Workshop, opening opportunities to students to gain authentic experiences and learn about career paths in aviation in 1 day. The aforementioned workshop was held at CATC, Bangkok.
The atmosphere of the workshop was full of fun and enjoyment. Students learn through real-life practical activities in 5 learning stations, such as Welcome to Explore Aviation Career! Station by the Aviation Science Management Division; the Division would introduce an overview of aviation careers in the aviation industry, and Basic ATC Workshop Station (ATC Table-Top & Basic ATC Workshop) by the Air Traffic Services Division which would allow students to play a role of Air Traffic Control (ATC) Officer.
In addition, the Basic Aeronautical Engineering Workshop Station (Flight Simulator & Basic Virtual Aircraft Maintenance Workshop), by the Aeronautical Engineering Division, offered great experiences in controlling flight simulators and learning fundamental robot arm; whereas, the Basic Aircraft Maintenance Workshop (Composite & Pre-flight Checking Workshop), by the Aircraft Maintenance Training Division, offered the practice training in aircraft condition inspection and the learning of fundamental maintenance job. Moreover, the Pictionary Aviation English Activity Workshop, by the Aviation English and Support Division, helped participants enhance aviation English vocabulary learning skills with fun and enjoyment.
Furthermore, students would be able to play fun games and quizzes to get souvenirs back in the warm and friendly atmospheres, full of smiles. The activity did not only disseminate knowledge or offer direct experiences in aviation but also inspired children and the youth to see their various career paths within the aviation industry. This would be considered main force in the development of the country in the future. Also, the roles of CATC were reflected in terms of the transferring and passing on the learning opportunities and producing new generations to be ready for entering into the world of aviation with confidence.
