นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) นำคณะผู้บริหาร พนักงานและนักศึกษา สบพ. ร่วมเป็น “จิตอาสาคมนาคม” จัดเตรียมและส่งมอบถุงยังชีพ กว่า 300 ชุด เพื่อช่วยเหลือประชาชนในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ที่ประสบอุทกภัย เมื่อวันที่ 27-28 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ บริเวณโถง ชั้น G อาคารศูนย์พัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบิน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ กล่าวว่า แม้ว่าสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมจะเข้ากลับสู่ภาวะปกติ แต่ประชาชนยังต้องการความช่วยเหลือด้านสาธารณูปโภคจำนวนมาก ดังนั้น สบพ.จึงขอเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการส่งกำลังใจและความห่วงใยไปยังพี่น้องประชาชนในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ ที่กำลังประสบกับสถานการณ์อุทกภัย
ในขณะนี้ให้ผ่านพ้นวิกฤติโดยเร็ว พร้อมส่งความช่วยเหลือเพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อน โดยพนักงานจิตอาสา สบพ.ร่วมแรงร่วมใจจัดเตรียมถุงยังชีพ โดยภายในถุงยังชีพ ประกอบด้วย ข้าวสาร อาหารแห้ง เบเกอรี่พร้อมทาน น้ำดื่ม นมกล่อง กระดาษชำระ ชุดแปรงสีฟัน-ยาสีฟัน ผ้าอนามัย และน้ำดื่มจำนวน 100 แพ็ค (1,200 ขวด) โดยบูรณาการร่วมกันระหว่างกระทรวงคมนาคมและกองทัพอากาศในการนำส่งถุงยังชีพไป ศูนย์ประสานงานรับ-ส่งต่อความช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบอุทกภัย กองทัพอากาศ ณ พิพิธภัณฑ์กองทัพอากาศและการบินแห่งชาติ กรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งขนส่งผ่านเครื่องบิน C-130 ปลายทางที่มณฑลทหารบกที่ 42 ค่ายเสนาณรงค์ จังหวัดสงขลา จากนั้นได้ถูกเลียงนำไปแจกจ่ายให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่โซนด้านทิศใต้ ถนนเพชรเกษม 27-41อ.หาดใหญ่ จ.สงขลา
และวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2568 สบพ.ได้จัดส่งน้ำดื่มจำนวน 200 แพ็ค (2,400 ขวด) ผ่าน “ศูนย์จิตอาสากระทรวงคมนาคม กรมการขนส่งทางบก” เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบอุทกภัยในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ โดยทีมจิตอาสา สบพ.ร่วมกับ จิตอาสา กรมการขนส่งทางบก ลำเลียงน้ำดื่มและสิ่งของ ที่กรมการขนส่งทางบก ได้เป็นสื่อกลางในการรวบรวมความช่วยเหลือบริจาคสิ่งของอุปโภคบริโภคจากประชาชนทั่วไป รวมทั้งหน่วยงานต่างๆ ขึ้นรถบรรทุก เพื่อนำแจกจ่ายให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ต่อไป ตามนโยบายของนายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม ให้หน่วยงานสังกัดกระทรวงคมนาคม ระดมสรรพกำลังช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์อุทกภัยในพื้นที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ภายใต้โครงการ “จิตอาสาคมนาคม ร่วมบรรเทาผู้ประสบอุทกภัย”
CATC Gives Mental Support, Joins the Missions, regarding “Volunteering Activity” by the Ministry of Transport and Its Affiliates, and Distributes Bags of Relief Items, to Relieve the Sufferings of the People Affected by the Flood in the Southern Part of Thailand
Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, took the executives, employees, staff, and students, to join an activity of becoming “volunteers for the Ministry of Transport and its affiliates”. More than 300 bags of relief items were prepared and distributed to people affected by flood in the southern part of Thailand, in order to relieve their sufferings. The volunteering activity was held from November 27-28, 2025, at the hallway, on the Ground (G) Floor of the Building of Aviation Human Resource Development Center, CATC, Bangkok. .
Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, mentioned that the flood situation would eventually get back to normal; however, people still needed humanitarian assistance in terms of facilities in a large scale. CATC would like to become a part of giving mental support and showing love and caring to people living in the southern part of Thailand, which is currently facing the flood, at the moment. CATC hopes that people would go through, pass the crisis, and recover, quickly. In addition, great help and assistance was given to people to relieve sufferings, by the CATC volunteers. They worked in cooperation to prepare bags of relief items. In a relief bag, there are items, comprising of rice, dried food, ready-to-eat bakery, drinking water, UHT milk, tissue paper, a set of toothbrush and toothpaste, sanitary napkins, and 100 packs of bottled water (1,200 bottles of water). Cooperation and integration of work were made between the Ministry of Transport and the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) to bring bags of relief items to the Government Coordination Center for Flood Relief at the RTAF, in the area of the National Aviation Museum of the Royal Thai Air Force, Bangkok. Then, the bags of relief items would be carried, by the Military Transport Aircraft C-130, to the destination of the 42nd Military District (Senanarong Military Camp), Songkhla Province. The delivered bags of relief items would be distributed to people in the southward zone: Phet Kasem Road 27-41, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province.
On December 1, 2025, CATC has sent 200 packs of bottled drinking water (2,400 bottles) to the “Volunteer Center of the Ministry of Transport, Department of Land Transport (DLT)” in order to provide humanitarian assistance to people affected by flood in the southern part of Thailand. The team of volunteers from CATC worked in close cooperation with the team of volunteers from DLT to carry bottled drinking water and items at the Department of Land Transport for transferal to the southern part of Thailand. CATC and DLT became the focal organizations for gathering up assistance and collecting donated items and consumable goods from the public. They and other organizations loaded the donated items and goods on trucks for distributing to people in the southern part of Thailand. According to the policies, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, assigned organizations operating work under the Ministry of Transport and allocated manpower to help people who were affected by flood in the area of Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, under the Project of “volunteers from the Ministry of Transport and its affiliates for relieving the sufferings of people affected by flood”
