เมื่อวันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน พร้อมด้วย นายวรฑา กุลเกียรติประวัติ ครูวิชาภาคพื้น ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้าแผนกวิชาช่างอากาศยาน ร่วมให้สัมภาษณ์ในรายการ “NBT มีคำตอบ” (รายการสด) ทางสถานีโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย NBT ออกอากาศเวลา 15.30 -16.00 น.

โดยเนื้อหาในรายการได้พูดคุยถึงความสำเร็จของสบพ. ในโอกาสได้รับการรับรองเป็นสถาบันฝึกอบรมนายช่างภาคพื้นดินและศูนย์ทดสอบมาตรฐานยุโรป (Foreign EASA Part-147) ภายใต้มาตรฐานสำนักงานความปลอดภัยด้านการบินแห่งสหภาพยุโรป หรือ European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) เป็นสถาบันแห่งแรกและแห่งเดียวของประเทศไทย ที่ได้รับการรับรองตามมาตรฐานการบินของสหภาพยุโรป ในสถานะ Maintenance Training Organisation Approval (MTOA) ที่ออกโดย EASA โดยตรง ไม่ผ่านเครือข่ายพันธมิตร รวมถึงผลดีต่ออุตสาหกรรมการบินไทย ,จุดเด่นของการเรียนที่ สบพ. ,โอกาสทางการศึกษาด้านการบิน ภายใต้ความร่วมมือและการสนับสนุนทุนการศึกษา 100% จากบริษัท การบินไทย ในสาขาวิชาช่างอากาศยาน จำนวน 38 ทุน และในช่วงท้ายของรายการ ได้ประชาสัมพันธ์การเปิดรับสมัครนักศึกษาใหม่ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 ซึ่งเหลือจำนวน 2 รอบสุดท้าย ได้แก่ รอบรับตรง(Admission) และรอบรับตรงอิสระ (Onsite) โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้สมัครสามารถยื่นสมัครได้โดยตรงผ่านระบบของสถาบัน ไม่ผ่านระบบ TCAS และในปีนี้ยังเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนที่ไม่มีผลคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษ สามารถใช้ผลการเรียน (GPAX) เข้าสอบข้อเขียนและสอบสัมภาษณ์กับสถาบันได้โดยตรง
ทั้งนี้ มีเจ้าหน้าที่ของ สบพ. ร่วมให้คำปรึกษาทางโทรศัพท์พร้อมเปิดสายให้ผู้ชมทางบ้านสอบถามข้อมูลแบบสดๆ เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร เส้นทางอาชีพ และขั้นตอนการสมัคร สะท้อนบทบาทของสถาบันการบินพลเรือนในฐานะองค์กรชั้นนำที่มุ่งมั่นพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบินอย่างมืออาชีพ และพร้อมเปิดโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้กับคนรุ่นใหม่อย่างทั่วถึง
CATC Gives an Interview in the TV Program Called, “NBT Has Answers”, Regarding the “Topic” of the Progress and Advancement of the CATC, as the One and Only Approved Aviation Training Organization in Thailand That Conforms to the EASA’s Standards, Building up Golden Opportunity for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and Mechanics.
On February 16, 2026, Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Vice President of Academic Affairs Section of CATC, together with Mr. Vorrataa Kulkeitpravat, Ground Instructor and Acting Head of Aircraft Maintenance Training Department, gave an interview in the TV Program called “NBT has answers” (live TV program), broadcast by the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT), from 15.30-16.00 hrs. On the occasion, Mr. Jade Lerdjaloonwit was the moderator of the “NBT has answers” live TV program. The interview was conducted at the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT), located on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Bangkok.
The TV program contents were mainly about the CATC’s success, regarding the opportunity for CATC to become an approved aircraft maintenance training organization and an approved testing center, complying to the standards of Foreign EASA Part-147, under the standards of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). The CATC is the first and only aviation training organization of Thailand which is directly certified and approved by EASA to gain the status of Maintenance Training Organization Approval (MTOA) without passing allied networks. Moreover, the contents covered the topics of advantages and benefits from CATC toward the aviation industry of Thailand, outstanding features of studying and learning at CATC, aviation study and educational opportunity, under the cooperation and 100% scholarship support from Thai Airways International Pcl. (THAI). THAI offered 38 scholarships to students in the field of aircraft maintenance engineering and mechanic. In the final part of the program, the CATC publicized its new student admission for the Academic Year of 2026, including the 2 final admission rounds: Admission Round, and Onsite Round. These 2 rounds offered opportunities to applicants to apply for the CATC’s admission directly, through the CATC System, without passing the TCAS System. This year, CATC allows students to apply by using their GPAX for considerations; then students would participate in the CATC’s direct writing test and interview. Even they don’t have the result of English test scores, they can still apply with GPAX.
During the interview, CATC personnel and staff provided consulting services and gave advice, via telephone. The “NBT has answers” live TV program opened opportunities to the audiences at home to phone in and ask questions at real time. The CATC tried to build up correct understanding about its courses, study programmes, career paths, student admissions, and applying procedures. This would reflect the roles and responsibilities of CATC, as the leading organization which focused on the professional aviation personnel development, and widely open educational opportunities to the new generations.
