สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) โดย ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์เทพพิบูล จินนาภรณ์ และ อาจารย์สุนัฐทร หมอนทอง คณาจารย์กองวิชาการจราจรทางอากาศ (กวจ.) เข้าร่วมการประชุม Airspace Asia Pacific 2025 ซึ่งจัดโดย Civil Air Navigation Services Organisation (CANSO) ณ AsiaWorld-Expo เขตบริหารพิเศษฮ่องกง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ระหว่างวันที่ 9-11 ธันวาคม 2568
การประชุมดังกล่าวเป็นเวทีระดับนานาชาติของผู้ให้บริการการเดินอากาศจากทั่วโลก เพื่อการหารือแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และร่วมกันกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการและการควบคุมจราจรทางอากาศ นับเป็นโอกาสอันดีของสถาบันการบินพลเรือนที่ได้รับคำเชิญเข้าร่วมการประชุมในเวที CANSO ซึ่งที่ผ่านมา สบพ. ยังไม่เคยเข้าร่วมการประชุมในระดับดังกล่าว
นอกจากนี้ ภายในงานประชุมยังมีการหารือด้านการฝึกอบรมการควบคุมจราจรทางอากาศ และการฝึกอบรมภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการบิน ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ สถาบัน GATE Aero ประเทศเดนมาร์ก บริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด และ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เพื่อพิจารณาแนวทางความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาและยกระดับหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้องในอนาคตต่อไป
CATC Attends the Airspace Asia Pacific 2025 Conference.
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), by Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Vice President of Academic Affairs, together with Instructor Theppiboon Jinaporn and Instructor Sunutthorn Monthong from Air Traffic Services Division, attended the Airspace Asia Pacific 2025 Conference which was held by the Civil Air Navigation Services Organisation (CANSO), at Asia World Expo, Hong Kong, special administrative region of China. The Airspace Asia Pacific 2025 Conference was held from December 9-11, 2025.
The aforementioned conference was considered the international forum for air navigation service providers from around the world, so they could discuss, exchange knowledge, control, and determine directions in the development of air traffic control and management. It was a great opportunity for CATC to be invited to join in the Conference by CANSO. CATC has never participated in any conference held by CANSO.
In addition, in the Conference, discussions were made further on the topics of air traffic control training, and aviation English training, under cooperation with relevant agencies and organizations, including GATE Aviation Training (GATE) from Denmark, Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Limited (AEROTHAI), and the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), in order to consider the guidelines on the cooperation, regarding the development and leverage relevant training courses and study programmes in the future.
