วันที่ 26 มกราคม 2569 สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) จัดพิธีเปิดหลักสูตรนักบินพาณิชย์ตรี-เครื่องบิน (CPL/IR Integrated-Airplane with ATP Knowledge) หรือ AP รุ่นที่ 130 (AP130) อย่างเป็นทางการ โดยมี นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการ สบพ. เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ ร่วมต้อนรับศิษย์การบินทั้ง 13 คน เพื่อก้าวสู่เส้นทางวิชาชีพนักบินพาณิชย์อย่างมีคุณภาพ ภายใต้มาตรฐานสากล ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการ สบพ. ได้กล่าวแสดงความยินดีแก่ศิษย์การบินรุ่น AP130 พร้อมมอบนโยบายและแนวทางการฝึกอบรม โดยระบุว่า การเปิดหลักสูตรในครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทสำคัญของ สบพ. ในการสร้าง “บุคลากรคุณภาพ” ให้กับอุตสาหกรรมการบินของไทย ผ่านหลักสูตรนักบินพาณิชย์ตรี-เครื่องบิน ที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล ตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 65 ปี สบพ. ได้ผลิตและพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบินทั้งในประเทศและภูมิภาคมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะการเป็นแหล่งผลิตนักบินหลักให้กับบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)
ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความเชื่อมั่นในมาตรฐานและคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมของ สบพ. อย่างชัดเจน ทั้งคุณภาพและประสบการณ์ของครูผู้สอน ระบบและอุปกรณ์การฝึกอบรมที่ได้มาตรฐานสากลและทันสมัย ตลอดจนกระบวนการบริหารจัดการการฝึกอบรมที่ให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัย วินัย และความเป็นมืออาชีพเป็นสำคัญ
ผู้ว่าการ สบพ. ยังกล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า ปัจจุบัน สบพ. ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากรัฐบาลในการพัฒนาและยกระดับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านอาคารสถานที่และศูนย์ฝึกการบินให้มีความทันสมัย โดยอยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้างอาคารศูนย์ฝึกการบินแห่งใหม่ ซึ่งมีกำหนดแล้วเสร็จในปลายเดือนกรกฎาคม 2570 เพื่อยกระดับศูนย์ฝึกการบิน สบพ. สู่การเป็นโรงเรียนการบินหลักของชาติและเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถของอุตสาหกรรมการบินไทยให้มีความมั่นคงและยั่งยืนสอดรับกับนโยบายรัฐบาลในการผลักดันประเทศไทยสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางการบินของภูมิภาค (Aviation Hub) พร้อมทั้ง ได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของความปลอดภัย ระเบียบวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ และความมุ่งมั่นในการฝึกอบรมตลอดหลักสูตรเพื่อให้ศิษย์การบินสามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเองสู่การเป็นนักบินมืออาชีพที่มีคุณภาพในอนาคต
สำหรับศิษย์การบินรุ่น AP130 จำนวน 13 คน เป็นผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมในรูปแบบทุนส่วนตัวทั้งหมด ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์การบิน วิชาโทนักบินพาณิชย์ตรี ของ สบพ. จำนวน 8 คน และผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากสถาบันการศึกษาต่าง ๆ อีก 5 คน โดยจะเข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ในหลักสูตรที่ได้รับการรับรองจากสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) รวมระยะเวลา 70 สัปดาห์ แบ่งเป็นการฝึกอบรมภาคพื้น 38 สัปดาห์ ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ และการฝึกภาคอากาศ 32 สัปดาห์ ณ ศูนย์ฝึกการบิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ ทักษะ และสมรรถนะด้านการบินอย่างรอบด้าน ให้มีความพร้อมในการขอรับรองใบอนุญาตผู้ประจำหน้าที่นักบินพาณิชย์ตรีของ กพท.ต่อไปได้ โดยศิษย์การบินทุกคนได้ผ่านการตรวจร่างกายและจิตวิทยาการบินตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด
ทั้งนี้ สบพ. มั่นใจว่าศิษย์การบินที่สำเร็จการฝึกอบรมจากหลักสูตร AP130 จะมีคุณสมบัติและความพร้อมในการขอรับใบอนุญาตนักบินพาณิชย์ (Commercial Pilot License) จากสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย และสามารถนำความรู้ความสามารถไปต่อยอดสู่การปฏิบัติงานในอุตสาหกรรมการบินทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
On January 26, 2026, the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) officially held the opening ceremony for the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Course – Airplane (CPL/IR Integrated-Airplane with ATP Knowledge), Class AP 130. On the occasion, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, presided over the opening ceremony which was also attended by the CATC executives and instructors. Relevant parties took an opportunity to welcome 13 student pilots of the CPL Course. The student pilots would take and enter the qualified commercial pilot career path, conforming to good quality, qualifications and meeting the international standards. The opening ceremony for the CPL Course was held at CATC, Bangkok.
Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, congratulated the student pilots of the Class AP130, at first, and transferred policies and training guidelines to them. She also specified that the opening remark of this CPL Course would reflect the important roles of CATC, in terms of producing “qualified personnel”, for operating work in the aviation industry of Thailand, through the studying of the CPL Course-Airplane which has been widely and internationally accepted at the international standards. For more than 65 years, CATC has been producing and developing aviation personnel continuously at both domestic and regional levels. Especially, CATC is the main aviation training organization which has been producing qualified pilots for Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI).
This can, clearly, reflect the THAI’s trust towards the CATC’s training quality and standards, involving the aspects of quality and expertise of the CATC’s instructors, cutting-edge training systems, equipment, devices, and materials that meet the international standards. Moreover, CATC adopts the training management procedures that place importance to safety, discipline, and professionalism.
In addition, CATC President added that, currently, CATC has been given support from the Royal Thai Government in terms of the development and leverage of fundamental structures of buildings, facilities, and the Flight Training Center for cutting-edge advancement and modernity. At present, CATC is constructing the new building of the Flight Training Center; the construction will have completed by the late July 2027. This is to transform and promote the Flight Training Center of CATC to become the main aviation training school of the nation, and to lay important foundations for enhancing competency level of Thailand’s aviation industry for stability, security, and sustainability, conforming to the government policies on pushing Thailand forward to become the Aviation Hub of the region. Furthermore, CATC highlights and focuses on the importance of safety, discipline, responsibility, and commitment in trainings throughout its courses and programmes; therefore, the student pilots of CATC will be able to develop and improve self-competencies for becoming professionally qualified pilots in the future.
The 13 student pilots from the AP 130 Class attended the training by spending their personal funds; they were comprised of 8 students from the Bachelor of Engineering Programme in Avionics, CPL Minor, and 5 graduates from other educational institutes. They would be trained in the course, approved and certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), that would take 70 weeks in total, consisting of 38 weeks of ground training part at CATC, Bangkok, and 32 weeks of flying training part, at the Flight Training Center (Hua Hin), Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The student pilot course would help build up and promote knowledge, skills, and aviation competencies in all aspects. In addition, student pilots would be ready for certification and approval of personnel license (CPL) by CAAT. All student pilots had to pass the health examination and aviation psychological test according to the strict criteria, as determined.
CATC is confident that the student pilots who complete the training in the AP130 Course will be qualified and be ready for earning the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) approved by the CAAT; moreover, they will be able to efficiently apply and extend knowledge and competencies with work operations in the aviation industry at the domestic and international levels.
