ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรผู้เข้าฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร Search and Rescue Administrations รุ่นที่ 3 ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 3 -12 พฤศจิกายน 2568 โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมรวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 7 คน จากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการค้นหาและช่วยเหลืออากาศยานและเรือที่ประสบภัย พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์กองวิชาวิทยาการการบิน ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธี เมื่อวันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ

Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC, presided over the certificate presenting ceremony for the participants who attended and completed the Search and Rescue Administrations Course, Class 3, which was conducted from November 3-12, 2025. There were 7 participants altogether in the Course; they were personnel from the Office of the Search and Rescue Commission (OSRC). The certificate presenting ceremony was honored to have Dr. Pansak Nernsai, and instructors from the aviation Science Management Division attend, on November 12, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok.
